As a therapist who has written in journals for decades, I've now decided it's time to write out loud. Here are the writings that previously were confined to my journal. Here is my forum for saying what may not be appropriate for sessions. Here is the arena for more more fully sharing my thoughts on various topics.
I do hope you find it informative, entertaining and inspiring. Hopefully, posting weekly commentaries will improve my writing ability and making your reading experience more enjoyable.
Sitting on the sidelines, watching the lives of thousands who have passed through my office sometimes gives me the sense of having lived many lives. Holding these secrets, at times, feels as if I am 400 years old. But it also imparts a bit of wisdom to the psyche. That is what I want to share as well.
